Preparation
Bake
Conventional Oven Preheat oven to 375°F. Add 1/4" water to pan. Place sausage in pan and cover with foil. Heat 15-18 minutes or until sausage reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Convection
Convection Oven Place tempered sausages on wire racks lined with foil. Preheat oven to 360°F with 60% steam. Cook for 7 minutes (7-9 minutes).
Grill
Roller Grill Pre-heat roller grill. Set Roller Grill to heat and set sausages on roller. Heat for 17 minutes (17-19 minutes). Then set Roller Grill temperature to warm.
Microwave
Microwave Wrap tempered hotdog in damp paper towel and place directly onto 1000-Watt microwave. Cook on HIGH for 30 seconds (60-70 seconds).
Steam
Steamer Preheat for 25 minutes. Place tempered on a wire rack in the retherm drawer. Cook sausages for 30 minutes (30-32 minutes).
