AL PASTOR THIN PIZZA RECIPE

It’s savory, sweet and spicy. It’s pizza pastor with one of Mexico’s most traditional flavors. Combine tender, delicious Hillshire Farm Sliced Pork Belly, chihuahua cheese, sliced peppers, onion and roasted pineapple salsa topped on your favorite dough. Let’s GO! 

Ingredients

SERVING SIZE: 6-8 Slices

1 ea.

Pizza Dough

4 oz.

Hillshire Farm® Fully Cooked Sliced Pork Belly Topping

3 oz.

Spicy Tomato Sauce

3 oz.

Chihuahua Cheese, shredded

1 oz.

Green Peppers, thinly sliced

1 oz.

Purple Onions, thinly sliced

1 oz.

Pineapple Slices, roasted

As needed.

Lime Crema

As needed.

Olive Oil

Directions

Step 1: Cover pizza dough tightly and slack in cooler prior to use. Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza.

Step 2: To assemble each pizza: Spread 3 ounces of spicy red sauce evenly over crust. Top with 3 ounces of chihuahua cheese, 4 ounces pork belly, 1 ounce of green peppers, 1 ounce of purple onions, 1 ounce of pineapple slices and bake.

Step 3: Bake in a pre-heated 450°F impinger oven for 4 mins. and finish off with a drizzle of lime crema.
