Beef Fajita Recipe

Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Marinated Beef Steak topped with a blend of yellow and red pepper, and grilled onions strips. Served with a garden fresh pico and delicious serrano-lime guacamole

Ingredients

YIELDS:  3 Tacos

Amount Main Ingredients
6 oz.Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Marinated Beef Steak
2 EA.Yellow & Red Bell Peppers, sliced thin and grilled or sauteed
2 EA.White Onions, Grilled or Sauteed 
3 oz.Pico de Gallo
3 oz.Serrano- Lime Guacamole 
3 Ea.Choice of Lettuce
3 Ea.Soft Flour Tortilla
Directions

Step 1: Cook Steak-EZE® BreakAway® Marinated Beef Steak for 1-2 mins while separating into strips

Step 2: Add yellow and red peppers along with onions. Continue to cook together for 2-3 mins.

Step 3: Place cooked steak with peppers & onions on top of a lettuce bed.

Step 4: Garnish on a fajita skillet with freshly made pico de gallo and serrano-lime guacamole.

Step 5: Serve with warm tortillas on the side.
