Breakfast Steak Biscuits Recipe

The Original Steak-EZE® Revolutionary Fast BreakAway® Sirloin Beef Flat Steak piled on a scrambled egg, topped with a slice of melted American cheese and served sandwich-style on a generous, buttery biscuit.

Ingredients

YIELD: 4 servings 

AMOUNT            MAIN INGREDIENTS
4 oz.The Original Steak-EZE® Revolutionary Fast BreakAway® Sirloin Beef Flat Steak, Non Marinated, 4 oz
2 Tbsp.Butter
4 SlicesAmerican Cheese
4 Ea. Large Eggs
4 Ea.Scallion Biscuits

 

Directions

Step 1: Melt 1 tablespoon of butter into a medium pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2: Add the The Original Steak-EZE® Revolutionary Fast BreakAway® Sirloin Beef Flat Steak, searing each side for about a minute then breaking it apart with a spatula or wooden spoon until fully cooked.

Step 3: Add cheese and continue to cook until melty.

Step 4: Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 5: Melt the remaining butter over a high flame and crack eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6: Place steak mixture over the bottom halves of the biscuits and slide the eggs over.

Step 7: Cover with the top halves and serve warm.
