Buffalo Chicken Meatballs Ranch Rice Bowl Recipe

Tyson® Fully Cooked Chicken Meatballs, tossed in spicy buffalo sauce and served over top ranch-seasoned brown rice.  

Ingredients

 AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
50 meatballs Tyson® Fully Cooked Chicken Meatballs, 0.54 oz.
10 cups Brown Rice - Cooked
6 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. Ranch Seasoning 
1 1/4 cup                               Celery - Finely Diced
5 Tbsp. Buffalo Sauce 

 

Directions

Step 1: Prepare Brown Rice to manufacturer’s instructions

Step 2: While rice is hot, thoroughly mix in Ranch Seasoning and Diced Celery.

Step 3: Cover seasoned rice and hold in warmer until ready to serve

Step 4: Place frozen Meatballs in single layer on sheet pan and cook for 15-18 min for 350°F – until Meatballs reach an internal temperature of 145°F

Step 5: Thoroughly coat the warm Meatballs in the buffalo sauce and hold in warmer until ready to serve

Step 6: With an 8oz spoodle (1 cup), add Seasoned Rice to your serving bowl.  Place 5 Meatballs on top of seasoned rice and serve
