Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Precision Cooked™ All Natural* Sous Vide Chicken Breast Filet
4 oz.Farro, cooked
1/2 oz.Feta cheese, crumbles
1 oz.Avocado, sliced
1/2 oz.Cucumber, sliced
1/2 oz.Cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 oz.Olives
DrizzleCharred lemon dressing, commercially prepared
GarnishCharred lemon slice
Directions

Step 1: Unpackage thawed Tyson Red Label® Precision Cooked™ Sous Vide Chicken Breast Filet and place on a foil lined baking sheet.

Step 2: Cover product with foil. Bake at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 145°F, approximately 15-20 minutes.

Step 3: In service bowl, add cooked farro, feta cheese, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and chicken breast strips. Finish with a drizzle of lemon dressing and garnish with charred lemon slice.

Step 4: Serve immediately.
