1/8 tsp. | Black Pepper - Ground |
2 Oz. | Yellow Onions - Sliced Thin |
2 Oz. | Green Bell Peppers - Julienned |
3 Oz. | Yellow Cheese Sauce (Comercially Available) |
1 Ea. | Hoagie - Split |
Step 1. Preheat a flat top grill to 350°F
Step 2. Place oil onto the flat top grill.
Step 3. Remove the Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken from the pouch and place it onto the flat top grill.
Step 4. Using a spatula toss Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken with salt & pepper until warm.
Step 5. Chicken should have an evenly brown appearance when completely cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured using a meat thermometer.
Step 6. Place the sliced onions on to the flat top and allow to cook until translucent.
Step 7. Using a spatula, combine the Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken onions and bell peppers together.
Step 8. Top with cheese sauce and combine.
