2 tsp. | Appricot Preserves - Prepared |
1 tsp. | Asian Fish Sauce - Prepared |
1 1/2 Tbsp. | Sesame Oil - Toastged |
2 tsp. | Fresh Lime Juice Squeezed |
1 Tbsp. | Garlic Clove - Peeled & Minced |
6 Ea. | Napa Cabbage Leaves - Shredded |
1 Tbsp. | Green Scallion Onion - Sliced Thin |
Step 1: Pre-heat a flat top grill to medium -high heat.
Step 2: Place oil and Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef onto a flat top grill.
Step 3: Using a spatula, toss Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef until it reaches 165°F.
Step 4: Add in Korean BBQ sauce and toss to combine.
Step 5: Remove from flat-top grill and reserve warm.
Step 6: Cook the brown rice quinoa grain blend according to package directions.
Step 7: Place brown rice quinoa grain blend into a serving bowl.
Step 8: Top grains with Korean BBQ Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef.
Step 9: Place spicy napa cabbage, snow peas, carrot, and cucumber slices around entire bowl.
Step 10: Place avocado slices to the side of the bowl.
Step 11: Place the fried rice noodle nest into the center of the bowl.
Step 12: Serve as needed.
Step 1: Place spicy Korean seasoning, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, apricot preserves, and fish sauce into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Using a wire whisk, mix all ingredients together and set aside.
Step 3: Pre-heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4: Add in sesame oil and allow to get hot.
Step 5: Add in garlic and napa cabbage and saute to tender.
Step 6: Add in prepared Korean sauce mixture and toss to combine.
Step 7: Garnish with green scallions and toss to combine.
Step 8: Remove from heat and serve as needed.

Step 1: Pre-heat a steamer on medium heat or 220° F.
Step 2: Place in steamer thawed and cook until product reaches 165° F, approximately 15 to 25 minutes.
Step 3: Remove from steamer and reserve.
