Bombay Chicken Tikka Wrap Recipe

Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken tossed in tikka masala sauce, crushed tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, grilled peppers and onions, and cilantro rolled in a lavash wrap served with a side of tikka masala sauce for dipping

Ingredients

Servings: 1 Ea.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp.Canola Oil
5 Oz.Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken 4/2.5 LB 
2 Oz.Tikka Masala Sauce (Commercially Prepared) 
1 Ea.Lavash Flat Wrap
2 Oz.Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded 
2 Oz.Canned Tomatoes -  Drained & Crushed Drained (Commercially Available) 
2 Oz.Red & Green Bell Peppers & Onions - Sauteed
1 tsp.Fresh Cilantro - Chopped

Directions

Step 1. Preheat a flat top grill to 350°F.

Step 2. Place oil onto the flat top grill.

Step 3. Remove the Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken from the pouch and place it onto the flat top grill.

Step 4. Using a spatula, toss Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken  with tikka masala sauce until warm and reserve.

Step 5. Place the lavash flatbread onto a clean work surface.

Step 6. Place mozzarella cheese, crushed tomatoes, and bell peppers towards the bottom of the lavash wrap.

Step 7. Place the tikka masala Original Philly® Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken on top and sprinkle with cilantro.
