Breakfast Quesadilla with Diced Chicken Recipe

Breakfast quesadilla with grilled, Tyson® All Natural,* Low Sodium, Fully Cooked, Reverse Blend, ½" Diced Chicken, soft scrambled eggs, crispy Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces, chipotle peppers and sharp cheddar cheese stuffed into a flour tortilla and cooked until golden and crispy.

Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 case, thawed Tyson® All Natural,* Low Sodium, Fully Cooked, Reverse Blend, ½" Diced Chicken
2 lbs Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces
6 CupsLiquid Eggs 
1 small jar Chipotle In Adobo 
4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese 
10 ea.Flour Tortillas 
Directions

Step 1: In a large skillet, sauté chipotles, Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces and liquid eggs.

Step 2:. Prepare Tyson® All Natural,* Low Sodium, Fully Cooked, Reverse Blend, ½" Diced Chicken according to directions

Step 3: When egg mixture is almost done, add in shredded cheddar cheese and turn off heat.

Step 4: Add egg mixture to one side of a warmed flour tortilla, fold over and grill until golden brown.

Chef Tip:  Transform into a breakfast chimichanga by utilizing flour tortillas instead of heavy pizza dough.  Serve Open Face.
