Cheesy Chicken Filet Sandwich Recipe

A can’t-miss combination of craveable flavors and textures. Place a Tyson Red Label® Breaded Golden Crispy Chicken Breast Filet on a bed of lettuce with bacon and onions, all topped with jalapeños and cheese sauce and served on a pretzel bun.

Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Golden Crispy Select Cut Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.

1 ea.

Fully Cooked Bacon

1 ea.

Pretzel Bun

1 ea.

White Onions, thinly sliced

½ oz.

Beer Cheese Sauce

1 ea.

Buttercup Lettuce, washed

As garnish

Jalapenos, fresh, thinly sliced

As garnish

French Fries, side

As garnish

Ketchup, side

Directions

Appliances vary, adjust accordingly. UNCOOKED: FOR SAFETY, PRODUCT MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165° F AS MEASURED BY A THERMOMETER. APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.

Step 1: Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350° F. From frozen, place in a fryer basket, submerge in oil and shake basket. Do NOT over pack product in basket. Cook the product for 5 1/2 - 7 1/2 minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking.

Step 2: Per manufacturing instructions cook French fries.

Step 3: For Sandwich Build: Stack lettuce, fully cooked bacon, white onions, chicken filet, fresh jalapenos, yellow cheese sauce and serve with French fries.
