Chicken Cavatappi With Marinara Sauce Recipe

Tyson Red Label® Grilled Chicken Breast Filets are placed on cavatappi with marinara sauce, topped with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 3 oz.
4 oz.Cavatappi Pasta, cooked
2 oz.Marinara, prepared
1 oz.Parmesan, grated
1 tsp.Basil, fresh, chiffonade

Directions

Step 1: Preheat convection oven to 350° F.

Step 2: From frozen, place the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Grilled Chicken Breast Filets, 3 oz on a lined (non-stick) sheet pan with a small amount of water. Completely cover with foil. Place in convection oven for approximately 16-20 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Step 3: Heat marinara to 165° F. Hold hot for hot service.

Step 4: Plate cooked pasta in the bottom of serving bowl, top with hot marinara.

Step 5: Slice chicken breast and plate in a fan over pasta and marinara. Top with fresh grated Parmesan and chiffonade basil.
