Step 1: Pre-heat deep fryer at 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Homestyle Chicken Tenderloin Fritters into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.
Step 3: Cook for 5 to 6 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Step 4: Remove from deep fryer and place onto a wire rack at 135 degrees F.
Step 5: Reserve
To assemble:
Step 1: Place mac & cheese into the bottom of the serving bowl.
Step 2: Sprinkle entire dish with Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces.
Step 3: Remove Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Homestyle Chicken Tenderloin Fritters from the holding rack and place on top of prepared mac & cheese.
Step 4: Garnish with parmesan cheese and sliced scallions.
Step 5: Serve as needed.
Mac & Cheese
Step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions while making the sauce.
Step 2: Drain and set aside until ready to use.
Step 3: In a large pot on medium high heat, add butter until melted.
Step 4: Whisk in the flour and cook for about one minute.
Step 5: Reduce heat to medium and add milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Step 6: Continue whisking until it begins to bubble.
Step 7: Reduce to low and add white cheddar. Stir until melted.
Step 8: Add cooked pasta, stirring until combined.
Step 9: Remove from heat and allow to sit about 5 minutes to thicken.
Step 10: Serve as needed.
Tip: Add additional milk if mac & cheese becomes thick.
