Chicken Parmesan Sandwich Recipe

Tender. Tangy. Tantalizing. This sandwich features a homestyle Tyson Red Label® Chicken Breast Filet smothered in marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella and pepper jack cheeses and layered between Texas toast. 

Ingredients

YIELD: 1 Sandwich

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Homestyle Chicken Breast Filet Fritters, 4 oz.
1 Tbsp.Marinara Sauce, commercially prepared
1 ea.Mozzarella Cheese
1 ea.Pepperjack Cheese
2 slicesTexas Toast

Directions

Step 1: Deep Fry by Preheating oil to 350° F.

Step 2: From frozen, place in a fryer basket, submerge in oil and shake basket. Do NOT over pack product in basket.

Step 3: Cook the product for 5 1/2 - 7 1/2 minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking. For best performance hold product on a sheet pan, uncovered, with a wire rack, above 135° F in a dry heat environment.

Step 4: To build the sandwich, place sliced toast, chicken filet, marinara sauce, mozzarella and pepperjack cheese, top and serve. 

NOTE:  If cooking from uncooked, for safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperate of 165° F as measured by a thermometer.
