Step 1: Pre-heat deep fryer at 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Tenderloins into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.
Step 3: Cook for 5 to 6 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Step 4: Remove from deep fryer and place onto a wire rack at 135 degrees F.
Step 5: Reserve
To assemble:
Step 1: Place prepared French fries into the bottom of the serving dish.
Step 2: Drizzle gravy over the entire dish.
Step 3: Sprinkle the entire dish with Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked 1/2" Bacon Pieces.
Step 4: Place roasted yellow tomatoes over the entire dish.
Step 5: Remove Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Tenderloins from the holding rack and place on top of prepared poutine.
Step 6: Garnish with sliced scallions.
Step 7: Serve as needed.
