4 Oz.White Gravy, Peppered (Commercially Available)
2 Oz.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon Pieces 1/2"
2 Oz.Yellow Tomatoes, Roasted (Commercially Prepared)
5 Ea.Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Homestyle Chicken Tenderloin Fritters
1 tsp.Green Onion, Sliced Thin

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat deep fryer at 350° F.

Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Homestyle Chicken Tenderloin Fritters into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.

Step 3: Cook for 5 to 6 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Step 4: Remove from deep fryer and place onto a wire rack at 135° F.

Step 5: Place prepared French fries into the bottom of the serving dish.

Step 6: Drizzle gravy over the entire dish.

Step 7: Sprinkle the entire dish with Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Bacon

Step 8: Place roasted yellow tomatoes over the entire dish.

Step 9: Remove Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Homestyle Chicken Tenderloin Fritters from the holding rack and place on top of prepared poutine.

Step 10: Garnish with sliced scallions.

Step 11: Serve as needed.
