Classic Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Start with a Tyson Red Label® Golden Crispy Breaded Chicken Breast Filet placed on a leaf of lettuce and a sliced tomato. Topped with pickles and mayo and served on a sesame seed bun. 

Ingredients

YIELD: 1 Sandwich

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Golden Crispy Select Cut Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.
1 ea.Buttercup Lettuce
1 ea.Tomato, sliced
1 ea.Seeded Bun
3 ea.Pickles, sliced
1 Tbsp.Cilantro Lime Mayo, commercially prepared

Directions

Step 1: Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 350° F.

Step 2: From frozen, place in a fryer basket, submerge in oil and shake basket. Do NOT over pack product in basket.

Step 3: Cook the Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Golden Crispy Select Cut Chicken Breast Filets for 5 1/2 - 7 1/2 minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking.

Step 2: For Sandwich Build: Stack lettuce, tomato, chicken filet, pickles, cilantro, spread with mayo and top with a seeded bun.
