Step 1: Cook Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites in 350ºF fryer for 60-90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
Step 2: Hold hot for service.
Step 3: Cook the eggs in a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until they are cooked through and scrambled soft.
Step 4: Hold hot for service.
Step 5: Place 1 oz. of scrambled eggs in the bottom of each tortilla. Split ingredients evenly across three tacos.
Step 6: Top eggs with 1 Tbsp. Salsa Verde per taco.
