Directions
Step 1: Pre-heat deep fryer at 350° F.
Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Tenderloins into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.
Step 3: Cook for 5 to 6 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165° F.
Step 4: Remove from deep fryer and place onto a wire rack at 135° F.
Step 5: Reserve for assembly
Step 6: To assemble, place three brioche hot dog buns onto a clean work surface.
Step 7: Remove Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Tenderloins from the holding rack and place into each of the brioche hot dog buns.
Step 8: Evenly distribute dill pickles and onions onto each Crispy Chicken Tender Dog.
Step 9: Drizzle each of the Crispy Chicken Tender Dogs with zesty ranch dressing (Sub-Recipe).
Step 10: Place onto a clean serving dish.
Step 11: Place tater tots onto the serving dish next to the Crispy Chicken Tender Dogs and sprinkle with salt.
Step 12: Serve as needed with a side of chipotle aioli.
