Hot & Spicy Chicken Sandwich Recipe

A boldly-flavored chicken sandwich with a Tyson Red Label® Hot & Spicy Chicken Breast Filet on a sesame seed bun cooled by coleslaw, pickles and herbed mayo over shredded cabbage. Serve with a side of waffle fries.

Ingredients

SERVING SIZE: 1 Sandwich

1 ea.

Sesame Seed Bun

1 ea.

Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Hot & Spicy Select Cut Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.

1 oz.

Cabbage, shredded

3 ea.

Pickles, sliced

2-3 sprigs

Dill, fresh picked

1 Tbsp.

Mayonnaise, prepared

Directions

Step 1: Preheat Fryer to 350° F.

Step 2: From frozen, place filet in fryer basket, submerge in oil and shake basket. Do NOT over pack product in basket. Cook for 5 ½ - 7 ½ minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Step 3: Place cabbage on bottom bun, top with Hot & Spicy Filet, pickles, fresh picked dill.

Step 4: Spread mayonnaise on top bun and top sandwich with the bun.
