Hot & Spicy Chicken Sandwich Recipe

A boldly-flavored chicken sandwich with a Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Hot & Spicy Select Cut Chicken Breast Filet Fritters on a sesame seed bun cooled by coleslaw, pickles and herbed mayo over shredded cabbage. Serve with a side of waffle fries.

Ingredients

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.Sesame Seed Bun
1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Hot & Spicy Select Cut Chicken Breast Filet Fritters, 4 oz.
1 oz.Cabbage, shredded
3 ea.Pickles, sliced
2-3 spRIGSDill, fresh picked
1 Tbsp.Mayonnaise, prepared

Directions

Step 1: Preheat Fryer to 350° F.

Step 2: From frozen, place Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Hot & Spicy Select Cut Chicken Breast Filet Fritters in fryer basket, submerge in oil and shake basket. Do NOT over pack product in basket.

Step 3: Cook for 5  1/2 - 7  1/2 minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Step 4: Place cabbage on bottom bun, top with Hot & Spicy Filet, pickles, fresh picked dill.

Step 5: Spread mayonnaise on top bun and top sandwich with the bun.
