Mac 'N Cheese Breaded Chicken Sandwich Recipe

A trifecta of craveable tastes. A juicy, homestyle Tyson Red Label® Chicken Breast Filet is topped with creamy mac ‘n cheese and bacon crumbles. Served on a soft brioche bun with chips and pickles on the side.

1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Homestyle Select Cut Chicken Breast Filet Fritters, 4 oz
1 oz.Mac ‘N Cheese, commercially prepared
1 ea.Bacon Pieces
1 ea.Brioche Bun

Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.

Directions

Step 1: Preheat oil to 350° F.  (Uncooked: For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperate of 165° F as measured by a thermometer).

Step 2: From frozen, place Tyson Red Label® Chicken Breast Filets in a fryer basket, submerge in oil and shake basket. Do NOT over pack product in basket.

Step 3: Cook the product for 5 1/2 - 7 1/2 minutes shaking the basket occasionally during cooking. For best performance hold product on a sheet pan, uncovered, with a wire rack, above 135° F in a dry heat environment.

Step 4: To build the sandwich, place bun down, add mac ‘n cheese, chicken filet, and pickles.

Step 5: Serve with seasoned potato chips.
