Directions for Prep (Step-by-Step):
Step 1: Cook Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites in 350ºF fryer for 60-90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 160ºF. Hold hot for service.
Step 2: Cut and prepare all ingredients for salad. Hold cold for service.
Directions for Build (Step-by-Step):
Step 1: Place 5 oz. of baby Arugula spread evenly in a large salad bowl.
Step 2: Plate 2 oz. halved Cherry Tomatoes, 1 oz. whole Kalamata olives, 2 oz. sliced Cucumber, 1 oz. sliced Red Onion, 3 ea. whole Pepperoncini, and 2 oz. crumbled Feta Cheese in separate groups around the edges, leaving the center open but filling the edges all the way around.
Step 3: Top with 5 oz. of cooked Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites in the center of the salad.
Step 4: Serve dressing in a ramekin on the side.
