Preparation
Microwave
Microwave Empty fully thawed pouch into microwaveable plastic tray. Add 16 oz. of water and stir up until blended. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 4 minutes on high. Stir and turn tray. Complete heating for approximately 4 minutes on high to 170°F. Note: Times are for institutional microwave ovens (1000-1200 watts). Adjust for you specific equipment.
