1 oz. | 10 OZ. | Cucumber, sliced |
Pickled Vegetables | ||
16 OZ. | Carrot, shredded | |
4 OZ. | Red Onion, julienne | |
2/3 CU | Apple Cider Vinegar | |
1 CU | Water | |
1/3 CU | Sugar | |

1 tsp | Cilantro | |
1 tsp | Mint |
Step 1 - Pre heat oven to 350°F. Bake beef patties in a single layer on a sheet tray for 3-5 minutes. Hold hot for hot service.
Step 2 - Over medium heat. Bring water, vinegar, and sugar to boil in a pot. Pour over carrot and onion. Chill and hold cold for cold service.
To Build Bowl:
Step 1: Toast bun.
Step 2: Plate sliced cucumber on bottom bun.
Step 3: Top with beef patty.
Step 4: Plate pickled vegetables over veggie patty.
Step 5: Top with bun and serve.
