Indo-nese Dressing

Serving Amount: 1 Serving / 10 servings

3 Tbsp2 CupsSauce, Tikka Masala, Monsoon Kitchens (Commercially Available)
1 tsp.¼ CupSauce, Soy, Low-Sodium
1 tsp.¼ CupSauce, Honey, Prepared
¼ tsp.2 ½ tsp.Ginger, Fresh, Peeled, Minced
1/8 tsp.1 TbspJuice, Lemon, Fresh, Squeezed
1/8 tsp.1 TbspJuice, Lime, Fresh, Squeezed
1 tsp.¼ CupVinegar, Red Wine, Prepared
Directions

Step 1: Place the cold Indo-nese Noodle Salad into a serving bowl.

Step 2: Top with cooled Advance Pierre™ Philly Beef Steak and sprinkle with cilantro.

Step 3: Serve as needed.

 

Sub Recipe Directions

Indo-nese Noodle Salad 

Step 1: Place the cold Advance Pierre™ Philly Beef Steak and noodles, cabbage, carrots, green onion, red and green peppers into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Drizzle salad with Indo-nese dressing and toss to combine.

Step 3: Remove salad from mixing bowl and store under refrigerator.

Step 4: Serve as needed.

 

Indo-nese Dressing

Step 1: Cook and cool tikka masala sauce according to manufactures instructions.

Step 2: Combine all ingredients into a blender.

Step 3: Blend all ingredients together on high to emulsify.

Step 4: Remove from blender and serve as needed.

 

Chef’s Note:

  • Instead of using honey & ginger, try using Truly Caribbean Brand Honey Ginger Lime Sauce.
  • All recipes can be prepared 24 hours in advance under refrigeration for ease of prep and execution.
