Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hrs. to internal temp 35 - 40°F. Boil Heat water to rolling boil. Add hot dogs to the water and simmer until internal temp of 140°F.

Grill


Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hrs. to internal temp 35 - 40°F. Grill Preheat grill on medium, 15-20 min. Cook hot dogs until an internal temp 140°F.

Microwave


Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hrs. to internal temp 35 - 40°F. Microwave Place hot dog in bun and wrap in paper towel. Microwave heat for 30-60 secs. Allow hot dog to sit for 1 min prior to serving.

Steam


Thaw frozen hot dogs in refrigerator for 72 hrs. to internal temp 35 - 40°F. Steam Place a single layer of hot dogs in a steam table pan Place pan in steamer, close door, set timer and steam until done. Cook hot dogs until internal temp of 140°F.
