Bulgogi Beef Burger Recipe

5 oz.Low sodium Korean BBQ Sauce - Prepared

Spicy Slaw

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
24 oz.Slaw mix - PreShredded
1/4 cu.Scallions - Diced
1 ozSriracha Sauce - Prepared
1 oz.Apple Cider Vinegar 
Directions

Step 1: Lay frozen burger patties in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet tray.

Step 2: Cook for 7-8 minutes at 400°F in a convection oven or until 160°F.

Step 3: Hold in warmer until ready to serve.

 

To Build Burger

Step 1: Open sliced buns and spread 1 Tbsp of Korean BBQ sauce on bottom bun.

Step 2: Place burger pattie on top of sauced bottom bun.

Step 3: Use a 2 oz. slotted spoodle to top burger patty with Spicy Slaw.

Step 4: op off with top bun.

Spicy Slaw

Step 1: mix all ingredients the day before, hold cold until ready to build burgers.  Can store under refrigeration for up to 3 days.
