1/2 Oz.5 Oz.Salsa de Guajillo (Sub Recipe)
 
Sub Recipe Ingredients

Salsa de Guajillo

1 SERVING10 SERVINGSMAIN INGREDIENTS
½ Cup5 CupsSalsa, Red Gold, Mild
2 tsp.6 ½ TbspPowder, Guajillo, Pepper (Commercially Available)
2 tsp.6 ½ TbspJuice, Lime, Fresh, Squeezed
1 Tbsp¾ CupWater, Room Temp
Directions

Step 1: Preheat Cilantro Lime Rice & Fire-Roasted Corn Fiesta according to manufactures instructions and reserve.

Step 2: For the Tyson® Fully Cooked Taco Seasoned Chopped Chicken, preheat oven to 350°F, (medium fans).

Step 3: Place the frozen pieces of chicken in a single layer on a pre-lined baking sheet and heat for 5 - 10 minutes.

Step 4: Remove from oven and reserve warm..

Step 5: Place Cilantro Lime Rice & Fire-Roasted Corn Fiesta into a serving bowl.

Step 6: Top with Tyson® Fully Cooked Taco Seasoned Chopped Chicken.

Step 7: Place Salsa de Guajillo over to one side of the bowl and serve as needed.

Salsa de Guajillo

Step 1: Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined to a smooth consistency.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and serve as needed.
