Italian Style Meatloaf Stacker Recipe

AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Meatloaf with Cheddar Cheese and zesty Italian-style marinara-sauced peppers and onions served on a whole grain roll and made extra cheesy with white cheese sauce.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 10 Each

10 patties AdvancePierre™ Fully Cooked Meatloaf with Cheddar Cheese and Topped with Ketchup, 2.90 oz.  #10000036919
10 rolls WG Bun, 2.0oz. 
1 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper - Julienned 
1 1/4 cup                                    Green Bell Pepper - Julienned 
1 1/4 cup Yellow Onion - Julienned 
1 1/4 cup Marinara 
1.4 cup Olive Oil 
10 oz White Cheese Sauce 
Directions

Step 1: Place frozen Cheeseburger Meatloaf patties in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet pan and cook for 12-14 min. at 350°F. 

Step 2: Hold in warmer until ready to build sandwiches.

Step 3: In a bowl, toss Onions, Red and Green Bell Peppers with Olive Oil.

Step 4: Spread evenly in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet pan and cook for 5 min. at 350°F.  Mix halfway through for even cooking.

Step 5: Bring Marinara to cooked temperature.

Step 6: Add roasted Onions and Peppers to warmed Marinara and store in heat well until ready to build sandwiches.

Step 7: Warm cheese sauce per manufacturer’s directions for easy application.

 

To Build Sandwich

Step 1: Open buns and place Meatloaf on bottom bun.

Step 2: With a #8 scoop (1/2 cup), place Peppers, Onions and Marinara on top of Meatloaf .

Step 3: Finish with a 1 oz. warm white cheese sauce drizzle. Use a ladle or a squeeze bottle.

Step 4: Place top bun on top and serve.
