Buffalo Bacon Cheese Dip

1 cup | Buffalo Wing Sauce, commercially available |

1/2 cup | Green Onion, sliced |

1 1/2 cups | Cheddar Cheese, shredded |

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 2-inch half pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2: Add the cubed cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce and garlic powder to a medium saucepot over medium-low heat. Whisk constantly until the cream cheese has dissolved in the ranch and hot sauce. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Add the diced chicken, bacon pieces, green onion, 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese to the sauce pot. Mix well to combine. Transfer to your prepared hotel pan and top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Step 4: Bake for approximately 20 - 30 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the sides are starting to bubble. Remove it immediately.
Buffalo Bacon Cheese Dip
Step 1: Add a 1-cup portion of the warm buffalo bacon and chicken cheese dip to a warm ceramic or cast-iron dish. Garnish with fresh chopped green onions.
Step 2: Serve with naan bread pieces and cut vegetables.
