Chipotle Maple Aioli

3 cups | Mayonnaise |
3/4 cup | Chipotle en Adobo, prepared |
1/2 cup | Maple Syrup |
3 tbsp. | Lime Juice |
1 tbsp. | Garlic Powder |
1 tsp. | Salt |
Step 1: Pre-heat fryer to 350°F.
Step 2: While raw skewer bacon in an "S" shape.
Step 3: Par cook bacon 2-3 minutes in fryer. Remove and let excess fat drip off and allow bacon to cool back to room temperature.
Step 4: Dredge bacon in flour mixture, then dip in buttermilk egg mixture, then once more in the flour mixture. Checking to make sure it is fully coated.
Step 5: Fry 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6: Serve warm with Chipotle Maple Aioli.
Chipotle Maple Aioli
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Step 2: Hold cold for cold service.
Alternate Directions
Step 1: Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients together to well combined.
Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and use as needed.
