Nashville Hot Maple Sauce

1 cup | Maple Syrup |
1/2 cup | Franks |
4 oz. | Butter, melted |
2 oz. | Brown Sugar |
2 tbsp. | Cayenne |
2 tbsp. | Smoked Paprika |
1 tsp. | Garlic Powder |
1 tsp. | Onion Powder |
1 tbsp. | Salt |
1 tsp. | Black Pepper |
2 oz. | Apple Cider Vinegar |
Step 1: Pre heat fryer to 350°F. Cook filets 7-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Hold warm for service.
Step 2: Toast bun and sauce with half the amount of Nashville hot maple, then plate lettuce tomato and onion on top of bun.
Step 3: Melt cheese on filet and add on to sandwich. Finish with bun top and serve warm.
Nashville Hot Maple Sauce
Step 1: Mix all together and hold cold for service. Transfer to a squeeze bottle for service.
Alternate Directions
Step 1: Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Mix all ingredients together to well combined.
Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and use as needed.
