Step 1: Cook red skin mashed potatoes and flame roasted sweet corn & peppers blend according to manufacturers instructions.
Step 2: Place the waffle cone bowl onto a clean work surface.
Step 3: Fill the waffle cone bowl with red skin mashed potatoes.
Step 4: Top potatoes with flame roasted sweet corn & peppers blend.
