YIELD: 1 EACH

10.5 oz. | Bread Flour |
1 tsp. | Instant Yeast |
1 Tbsp | Kosher Salt |
7.75 oz. | Water, lukewarm |
2 Tbsp. | Olive Oil |
Step 1: Adjust oven rack to lowest position and preheat oven to 550°F.
Step 2: Place the prepared dough on a clean worksurface.
Step 3: Press down on dough with your fingertips to remove any large air bubbles.
Step 4: Build the pizza by laying the Hillshire Farm® Old World Specialties® Spicy Italian-Style Sausage, Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni and Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Heat-N-Serve Pizza Topping on top of the dough.
Step 5: Top with diced cheese spreading it evenly all the way to the very edges of the pan.
Step 6: Then add pizza sauce over surface in three even rows.
Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 12 to 15 minutes until edges are black and bubbly and exposed cheese on top is starting to lightly brown.
Step 8: Remove from oven and cut the pizza as desired.
Step 9: Serve as needed.
Step 1: In a stand mixer, combine flour, yeast and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook attachment.
Step 2: Stir to combine, then add water.
Step 3: Mix on low speed until dough comes together into a rough ball, then shut off mixer and let rest for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Continue mixing at medium-low speed until dough forms a smooth, silky ball, about 10 minutes longer.
Step 5: Remove dough hook, form dough into a tight ball, then set it in the bottom of the mixer bowl.
Step 6: Cover tightly with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm place until dough has roughly doubled in volume, about 2 hours.
Step 7: Pour olive oil in the bottom of a Detroit-style anodized aluminum pan.
Step 8: Transfer dough to pan and turn to coat in oil.
Step 9: Press down on dough and spread it toward the edges as much as you can without tearing.
Step 10: Cover tightly in plastic and set aside for 30 minutes to allow dough to rest.
Step 11: Return to dough and stretch it out again to the edges of the pan.
Step 12: Cover prepared dough and use as needed.
