Italian Beef Pizza Recipe

Featuring Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef, with garlic cream sauce, mozzarella, hot chopped giardiniera, finished with shaved asiago and fresh parsley.

Ingredients

YIELD: 1 Pizza

1 ea.14" Freezer-to-Oven Sheeted Pizza Crust Dough
4 oz.Garlic Cream Sauce (commercially available)
6 oz.Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded & Blended
7 oz.Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef 4/2.5 LB
3 oz.Giardiniera Pickle, chopped (commercially available)
2 oz.Asiago Cheese - Shaved
2 tsp.Fresh Parsley - Chopped

 

Directions

Step 1:  Place pizza crust onto a clean worksurface.

Step 2: Drop two or three scoops of pizza sauce directly onto the center of the crust.

Step 3: Using the back of the ladle/spoon, spread the sauce in a circular motion, starting from the center and working your way outwards.

Step 4: Sprinkle cheeses over the entire pizza.

Step 5: Build the pizza by adding the ingredients in the order listed.

Step 6: Bake it according to your preference.

Step 7: Cut the pizza for service and garnish with shaved asiago and parsley.
