French Onion Pizza Recipe

The French Onion Pizza features a pizza crust topped with a creamy roasted beef sauce, Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Cook-In-Bag Seasoned Sliced Steak, a blend of Swiss and mozzarella cheeses, caramelized onions, sprinkled with French fried onions and cracked black pepper.

6 Oz.Cheese, Swiss, Mozzarella Blend, Shredded
6 Oz.Onion, Caramelized, (Commercially Available)
10 Oz.Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef
2 Oz.Onion, Strings, Fried (Commercially Available)
1 Tbsp.Onion, Chives, Fresh, Minced
1 tsp.Pepper, Black, Cracked

Creamy Beef Sauce 

SERVING SIZE: 24 Ounces

AMOUNTINGREDIENTS
16 Oz.Sauce, Garlic, Cream (Commercially Available)
1 tsp.Base, Beef (Commercially Available)

 

Directions

Step 1:  Pre-heat impinger oven to 450°F.

Step 2: Cover pizza dough tightly and slack in cooler prior to use.

Step 3: Remove pizza dough from cooler and place onto a clean worksurface.

Step 4: Spread creamy beef sauce evenly over crust.

Step 5: Top with shredded Swiss and mozzarella cheese.

Step 6: Steak-EZE® Redi Steak® Fully Cooked Seasoned Sliced Beef, evenly around entire pizza.

Step 7: Sprinkle caramelized onions over the entire pizza.

Step 8: Place prepared pizza onto a pizza screen and place it into the impinger oven.

Step 9: Cook for approximately 4 minutes.

Step 10: Remove from oven and garnish pizza with crispy fried onions and chives.

Step 11: Using a peppermill, crack fresh pepper over the entire pizza.

Step 12: Serve as needed.

Step 1: Place all ingredients together into a mixing bowl.

Step 2: Using a wire whisk, blend all ingredients together.

Step 3: Remove from mixing bowl and use as needed.
