1 oz. | Red Potatoes - Roasted |
1 ea. | Onions - Roasted |
2 ea. | Eggs - Fried |

Step 1: For Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Pork Sausage Links, preheat a convection oven to 375°F.
Step 2: Heat 12-14 minutes turning halfway through heating time.
Step 3: In a large bowl, mix red potatoes and onions, lightly season with salt & pepper and olive oil, then lightly roast in oven.
Step 4: In a large bowl, mix the cremini mushrooms, onions, Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Regular Bacon and add the roasted potatoes and onions, then lightly fold.
Step 5: Pour the mixture in a large sauté pan with olive oil and cook until golden brown. Cook the fried eggs alongside. Set aside.
Step 6: Serve the breakfast hash alongside the fried eggs and sausage patties and bacon strips.
