Crispy Pepperoni Ricotta Toast Recipe

Start with a warm, freshly baked focaccia. Then spread a layer of whipped, creamy fennel orange ricotta. Top it off with crispy, rich Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni, and enjoy a perfect balance of flavors—a hint of sweet and a burst of savory. Serve as an easy snack, appetizer or light lunch.

20 oz.Focaccia, sliced 2”x2” (commercially available)
5 oz.Ricotta, fresh (commercially available)
80 ea.Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni

 

Directions

Step 1: Toast focaccia on a grill or griddle.

Step 2: Spread ricotta over toasted side of bread.

Step 3: Cook cupping pepperoni on a sheet tray in a single layer at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until it cups.

Step 4: Garnish/cover top of toast with crispy cupping pepperoni and serve immediately.

Step 5: *Optional garnish: arugula, parsley or celery leaves, orange zesty
