Ultimate Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

Crispy Jimmy Dean® Hickory Smoked Bacon are loaded into griddled sourdough filled with melty Havarti cheese, a spicy pimento cheese spread, tomato marmalade and fried eggs.

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
5 StripsJimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hickory Smoked Regular Bacon Slices
2 SlicesSourdough Bread - Sliced And Griddled 1/2”- 1/4” thick
2 oz.Pimento Cheese Spread - Spicy
2 ea.Havarti Cheese - Sliced
3 tbsp.Tomato Marmalade Or Jam
2 ea.Egg - Fried
Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2: On the bottom half of the sourdough bread, spread spicy pimento cheese and top with bacon strips.

Step 3: Place sliced Havarti cheese on top of Jimmy Dean® Hickory Smoked Bacon then place in the 350°F oven for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Step 4: Spread the tomato jam on the other piece of toasted bread.

Step 5: Top the melted cheese half with the fried egg, place other half of bread on top and serve.
