Breakfast Mac Attack Bowl Recipe

Velvety, creamy cheese envelops tender macaroni, enriched by the smoky goodness of Jimmy Dean®  Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked 3/8” Bacon Pieces and Hillshire Farm® Smoked Fully Cooked Sliced Canadian Brand Pork Roll. Crispy Jimmy Dean® Sausage Tots add a delightful crunch, while fluffy scrambled eggs, vibrant pimento peppers and a sprinkle of fresh herbs give this dish a luxurious morning comfort.

6 oz.Macaroni and Cheese Boil-In-Bag (Commercially Prepared)
4 oz.Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked 3/8” Bacon Pieces
2 oz.Jarred Pimento Peppers
9 slicesHillshire Farm® Smoked Fully Cooked Sliced Canadian Brand Pork Roll
5-7 ea.Jimmy Dean® Sausage Tots
2 oz.Scrambled Eggs - Cooked
1 tsp.Chopped Parsley

 

Directions

Step 1: Heat boil-in-bag macaroni and cheese according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 2: Fold 3/4 of the Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked 3/8” Bacon Pieces and pimento peppers into hot macaroni and cheese and hold hot for service.

Step 3: Preheat a flat top grill to 350°F. Place the Hillshire Farm® Smoked Fully Cooked Sliced Canadian Brand Pork Roll slices onto flat top grill and cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.  Hold hot for hot service.

Step 4: Deep fry Jimmy Dean® Sausage Tots from frozen at 350°F for 3 1/2-4 min or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Hold hot for hot service.

Step 5: Scramble eggs soft and hold warm.   

Step 6: Plate the macaroni and cheese with the Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked 3/8” Bacon Pieces and pimento peppers in bottom of bowl.

Step 7: Fold Hillshire Farm® Smoked Fully Cooked Sliced Canadian Brand Pork Roll pieces over and tuck inside macaroni and cheese.

Step 8:  Scatter scrambled eggs and Jimmy Dean® Sausage Tots over the top.

Step 9: Garnish with fresh herbs and the rest of the Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Hardwood Smoked 3/8” Bacon Pieces and pimento peppers.
