Chicken and Pancake Breakfast Tacos Recipe

Breakfast elevated. Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Tenderloins with a maple cream cheese spread in a pancake, formed into a taco and topped with fresh strawberries and a honey-sriracha aioli.

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat deep fryer at 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Place Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Tenderloins into a fryer basket and submerge in oil.

Step 3: Cook for 5 to 6 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Step 4: Remove from deep fryer and place onto a wire rack at 135 degrees F.

Step 5: Reserve

To assemble:

Step 1: Place pancakes onto a clean work surface.

Step 2: Spread maple cream cheese over each pancake.

Step 3: Place prepared pancakes into a taco holder.

Step 4: Place a scoop of strawberries into each taco.

Step 5: Place a Tyson Red Label® Uncooked Breaded Homestyle Chicken Tenderloin in each prepared pancake taco.

Step 6: Drizzle each prepared pancake taco with Honey- Sriracha aioli.

Step 7: Serve as needed with a side of seasonal fruit.

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a food processor.

Step 2: Process until smooth.

Step 3: Remove from food processor.

Step 4: Serve as needed.

Directions (Step-by-Step):

Step 1: Melt butter in a small pot over medium heat.

Step 2: Add the honey and Sriracha, stir until the mixture bubbles gently. Simmer longer if a thicker sauce is desired.

Step 3: Remove from heat.

Step 4: Serve as needed.
