1 ea.Frozen Flatbread, Prepared 7" x 11" Oval
2 oz.Cooked Egg, Prepared Scrambled
2 oz.Hillshire Farm® All Natural* Fully Cooked Pork Chorizo Crumbles
1 oz.White Onion, Julienne Cut
1 tbsp.Roma Tomato, Small Diced
1 tbsp.Red Onion, Small Diced
3-5 ea.Fresh Cilantro, Picked

 

Directions

Step 1: Defrost flatbread overnight.   

Step 2: Top flatbread with scrambled egg, chorizo, and white onion.

Step 3:  Pre-heat pizza oven to 550F and cook flatbread 5-7 minutes.

Step 4:  Garnish with red onion, diced tomato, and fresh cilantro.

Step 5:  Serve with your choice of salsa.
