Pineapple Sriracha St. Louis-Style Ribs Recipe

These tender St. Louis-Style ribs cook up quickly and pack a punch. The pineapple caramelizes perfectly on the grill and pairs perfectly with the light spice of the sriracha and soy sauce. At just 2 hours in the oven and a few minutes on the grill, this dish works well as a lunch special or a dinner delight.
