This easy overnight marinade packs in the flavor on your pork tomahawks to create a standout dish for your menu. Combine rosé wine, olive oil, fresh herbs and roasted garlic the night before, and let your pork soak up all that flavor.

8 EA. | Roasted Garlic |

2 TSP. | Paprika |
1 TBSP. | Kosher Salt |
2 TSP. | Black Pepper |
Step 1. In large mixing bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Coat tomahawk with marinade, place in airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for medium heat.
Step 3. Grill tomahawk 10 to 12 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Step 4. Remove from heat. Let rest for 10 minutes, then plate and serve.
Cast Iron/Oven
Step 1. In large mixing bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Coat tomahawk with marinade, place in airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
Step 2. Preheat oven to 325°F.
Step 3. Preheat the cast-iron pan for 5 to 8 minutes on medium heat until smoking.
Step 4. Place tomahawk in cast-iron pan for 5 minutes on each side and baste with 2 tablespoons of butter. Transfer to oven for 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Step 5. Remove from heat. Let rest for 10 minutes, then plate and serve.
