2 oz. | Peppers and Onions, frozen, prepared |
1 oz. | Cherry Tomato, fresh, halves |
6 ea. | Egg, whole, uncooked |
2 oz. | Cheese, Mozzarella, shredded |
1 tsp. | Chives, chopped |
Step 1: Thaw dough ball overnight in refrigerator, then allow to proof at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
Step 2: Pre-heat deck oven to 550°F.
Step 3: Place the dough ball on a clean work surface and stretch it into an oval shape about 9" x 13".
Step 4: Evenly spread mozzarella cheese, pork crumbles, cherry tomatoes, peppers and onions over stretched dough.
Step 5: Visually divide the pizza into six slices and crack an egg in each section.
Step 6: Cook 4-5 minutes in deck oven. The crust should be golden and the whites on the eggs just set, with a runny yolk.
Step 7: Cut into six slices between the sunny side up eggs.
Step 8: Garnish with fresh chives and serve warm.
