8 oz.Romaine, cut, 2"x2", square
1 oz.Olive, Kalamata
1 oz.Tomato, Cherry
1 oz.Pepperoncini, mild, sliced
2-3 ea.Pepperoncini, whole
1/2 oz.Red Onion, julienne
1 oz.Mozzarella, pearls, marinated, prepared
1 oz.Grana Padano, shaved
2 oz.Italian Dressing, prepared
Directions

Step 1: In a large metal bowl toss together romaine lettuce, Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, julienne onions, sliced pepperoncini, and marinated mozzarella pearls. Make sure to incorporate ingredients well.

Step 2: Plate tossed romaine and veggies in a large family-style serving bowl.

Step 3: Evenly distribute pepperoni slices and shaved Grana Padano over salad.

Step 4: Garnish with whole pepperoncini on the side.
