7 ea. | Hillshire Farm® Sliced Sandwich Style Pepperoni, 8 oz |
2 oz. | Pesto, frozen, prepared |
1 tbsp. | Calabrian Chili Paste, prepared |
3 oz. | Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |
10-12 ea. | Jalapeño, sliced, thin |
4-5 ea. | Basil, leaves, picked |
2 oz. | Honey (on the side) |
Step 1: Thaw dough ball over night in refrigerator, then allow to proof at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
Step 2: Pre-heat deck oven to 550°F
Step 3: Place the dough ball on a clean work surface and stretch it into a 12" circle.
Step 4: Evenly distribute 1 oz. of pesto, 1 Tbsp. of Calabrian chili, and 2 oz. mozzarella cheese over the base of the pizza.
Step 5: Top with sliced jalapeños and pepperoni.
Step 6: Cook 4-5 minutes in deck oven. Crust will begin to turn golden brown.
Step 7: Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Step 8: Garnish with fresh basil and serve with honey, pesto, and shredded mozzarella on the side.
