A great fall weather inspired LTO with Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Heat-N-Serve Pizza Topping, shredded provolone/mozzarella blend roasted sweet potato, topped with arugula and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

4 oz. | Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Heat-N-Serve Pizza Topping, 1/2 Inch x 1/2 Inch Diced |
3 oz. | Provolone/Mozzarella Cheese Blend - Shredded |
3 oz. | Small Sweet Potato - Diced |
2 oz. | Arugula |
As garnish | Balsamic Glaze |
As needed | Olive Oil |
Step 1: Place the dough in a bowl and cover tightly. Place in cooler prior to use.
Step 2: Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza.
Step 3: Spread 3 ounces of provolone/mozzarella blend evenly over crust.
Step 4: Top with 4 ounces of Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Heat-N-Serve Pizza Topping, 3 ounces of roasted sweet potato and 2 ounces of arugula.
Step 5: Bake in a pre-heated 450°F impinger oven for 4 minutes.
Step 6: Finish with drizzle of balsamic glaze.
