1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Precision Cooked™ All Natural* Sous Vide Chicken Breast Filet, fully thawed
4 oz.Couscous, cooked
1 oz.Feta cheese, crumbles
½ oz.Kalamata olives
½ oz.Capers
2 wedgesTomato, fresh, cut into wedges
GarnishThyme, fresh
GarnishOregano, fresh
1 ea.Lemon wedge
DrizzleTzatziki sauce, commercially prepared
Directions

Step 1 - Conventional Oven: Unpackage Tyson Red Label® Precision Cooked™ All Natural* Sous Vide Chicken Breast Filet and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Cover product with foil. Bake at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 145°F, approximately 15-20 minutes. Slice into pieces and set aside.

Step 2 - For plating: scoop couscous into serving bowl and top with feta cheese crumbles, kalamata olives, capers, tomato wedges and sliced chicken. Garnish with fresh thyme, oregano, lemon wedge and a drizzle of tzatziki sauce. Serve immediately.
