Roasted Chicken Caprese Sandwich Recipe

Roasted Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filet on a bed of sliced tomato and fresh mozzarella cheese. Topped with arugula, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and served on hearty ciabatta bread for a signature, satisfying flavor of Italy.

Ingredients

YIELD: 1 Serving

AMOUNTMAIN INGREDIENTS
1 ea.Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filets, 4 oz.
2 ea.Ciabatta Bread 
2 ea.Buffalo Mozzarella  
2 EA.Beefsteak Tomato 
1/4 CUPArugula 
1 TBSP.Balsamic Glaze

 

Directions

Step 1: Pre-heat convection oven to 350°.

Step 2:  Place the Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Unbreaded Roasted Chicken Breast Filets on a lined (non-stick) sheet pan with a small amount of water.

Step 3: Completely cover with foil. Place in a pre-heated, oven for approximately 17-21 minutes.

Step 4: Once the chicken is cooked  to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a thermometer, remove it from the oven and assemble the sandwich.

Step 5: Place the buffalo mozzarella and tomato on the bottom slice of bread, followed by the roasted chicken breast filet.

Step 6: Top the sandwich with the arugula and a drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top of the sandwich.

Step 7: Place the top slice of bread on the sandwich, and enjoy!
