This flavorful pizza features our Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Wood Fire Seasoned Chicken, chopped bacon, roasted mushrooms, caramelized onion jam, with a trio of cheese, smoked gouda, aged cheddar and mozzarella cheese. It’s garnished with roasted red peppers & a balsamic drizzle topped with fresh sliced chives.

2 oz. | Onion Jam, caramelized |
1 oz. | Mushrooms, roasted |
1 oz. | Smoked Gouda Cheese, shredded |
1 oz. | Aged Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
1 oz. | Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |
As needed | Roasted Red Peppers, strips |
As needed | Balsamic, drizzle |
As garnish | Fresh Chives, sliced |
Step 1: Cover the pizza dough tightly and slack in a cooler prior to use. Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza.
Step 2: To assemble each pizza, first spread 3 ounces of gouda, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses over the crust.
Step 3: Layer 2 ounces of onion jam, 1 ounce of roasted mushroom, 4 ounces of Tyson Red Label® Fully Cooked Wood Fire Seasoned Chicken and 2 ounces of Hillshire Farm® Bakin’ Bacon™ Par-Cooked Heat-N-Serve Pizza Topping on top of the crust.
Step 4 : Bake the pizza pie in a pre-heated 450°F impinger oven for 4 minutes.
Step 5: Finish it off with a balsamic drizzle, fresh chives and roasted red pepper strips before serving.
